Create a Slide Deck to Full Campaign AI Bot

If you’re like me, you have a ton of content sitting around, but it’s in slide decks. Those are golden nuggets your brand can use to create articles, social media posts, video scripts, podcast scripts, ad campaigns, lead generation content, and more.

These instructions show you how to create a reusable Bot for your brand. It includes profile settings, and a setup you can customize based on buyer persona, client, industry, or service line.

These instructions only work with a PAID version of Claude Skills, ChatGPT Projects, Gemini Gems, Microsoft Copilot Projects, etc.

Watch the 20-minute video to walk through this process.

The 5-Step Process

Step 1: Complete the AI Business Context Pack Template.

This document (check your downloads) was created to help you define your:

  • Company Profile
  • Buyer Persona
  • Brand Voice / Style
  • Products and Services
  • Marketing and Content Guidelines
  • AI Guardrails (things your AI tool should follow)
  • Project / Skill (folder) Instructions

There is also a completed Template for reference.

Step 2: Create files

Once you complete the Template, you’ll be creating a few files from the information, including:

  • Company Profile.doc
  • Buyer Persona.doc
  • Brand and Content Guidelines.doc
  • AI Guardrails.doc
  • Profile Instructions.doc

The information you add to this document will become your project Knowledge files (Word or .md).

Tip: Rather than creating each file yourself, ask your AI tool to use the Content Pack document to build the files you need. Use a prompt like this:

Prompt

Create the Knowledge files I need from this document to build a [AI tool] bot.

Step 3: Create the Folder + Add Instructions

Think of a Skill or Project Folder as a client, industry, or segment with its own buyers, guidelines, and instructions.

For example, we have multiple clients. Each client has its own Project Folder. Each Folder includes the company profile, buyer persona, brand and content guidelines, and AI guardrails.

Make a New Project (Bot) Folder.

To create a new Folder,

  1. Click Projects (+)
  2. Name the Bot (Do not use spaces; instead, use dashes)
  3. Add a description for what the Bot is trying to achieve.
  4. Click Create project.

Step 4: Instructions

  • Hover over the new Project Folder name, and click on the (…).
  • Click Project Settings.
  • In the Instructions box, you’ll copy/paste your instructions from the Business Content Pack template

This will be the “brains” of the Bot. It tells the Bot what it should do. Example Deck-to-Content Skill Instructions.

Step 5: Upload Files

Once the folder is created, upload the documents (not the instructions file), e.g.,

  1. Company Profile.doc
  2. Buyer Persona.doc
  3. Brand and Content Guidelines.doc
  4. AI Guardrails.doc

To upload the files:

  1. Hover over the Project folder name and click the edit icon.
  2. Then, click the (+) icon and add Photos and Files.
  3. Browse your computer for the files. Select all the files at once. (Not the instructions file!)
  4. Click the Up Arrow button

Enter Your Prompts

Start a new chat within the folder prompt area. Nest the prompts within the same chat for multi-prompt workflows.

FAQs

Do I need coding skills to create an AI content bot?

No coding is needed for this workflow. You’ll create a dedicated space in your AI tool, add instructions, and upload documents about your firm, audience, and writing preferences. Think of it as giving a marketing assistant a clear brief before assigning work.

What can an accounting firm create from one presentation?

A tax planning webinar, advisory presentation, or industry workshop can become blog drafts, LinkedIn posts, client email copy, FAQs, and short video scripts. Choose the pieces that support your campaign goal. You don’t need to turn every presentation into every type of content.

How do I keep AI-generated content from sounding generic?

Give the bot your firm’s brand guidelines, buyer personas, and examples of approved writing. Include preferences such as tone, reading level, words to avoid, and calls to action. Then specify the audience for each assignment. A post for a construction business owner should read differently from one for a nonprofit executive.

What if my slide deck contains mostly bullet points and graphics?

Add speaker notes, a transcript, or a short explanation of the presentation’s main points. Slides often leave out the examples and context you share while speaking. Instruct the bot to ask about missing information rather than invent explanations, statistics, or client stories.

Can I use the same bot for different industries or service lines?

Yes, but tell it which audience and service to focus on each time. If your firm serves several distinct markets, separate projects can help keep their messaging organized. Each can have its own buyer persona, examples, and content guidelines.

Can I publish the content as soon as the bot creates it?

Treat the output as a draft. Have the appropriate person review technical statements, dates, figures, sources, and claims about your firm. Marketing should also check the voice, audience fit, and next step. Build those review requirements into the bot’s instructions so they become part of the workflow.

You’ve Created a Bot

Now that you have the Bot created, you can turn any slide content into relevant marketing campaign.
